The practice is now offering an electronic prescription service. This enables us to send your prescription electronically to the pharmacy of your choice without you having to come into the surgery to collect it. You can nominate (chose your pharmacy) either in the surgery or at the pharmacy by speaking to a member of the reception team.

Please note; the surgery does NOT require this in writing - a verbal nomination is valid.
