Tuesday  - 8.00am to 8.00pm

Wednesday  - 8.00am to 8.00pm

(nb - if practice is closed on Wednesday afternoon, it will be open till 8.00pm on Friday instead. See Closures list below)

Thursday  - 8.00am to 8.00pm

Friday  - 8.00am to 6.30pm

Evening & weekend appointments via the Northampton Extended Access hub - click HERE

Closed on Public Bank Holidays and one Wednesday afternoon per month for training (click here for details)

Important Information

About Us

The practice has been serving the people of Duston and St James for over a century now and currently looks after almost 22,000 patients. Our purpose-built premises were opened in November 2012 and were designed and built with the aim of providing modern, efficient health care to all of our patients. The surgery has both car parking and cycle parking available and is on a number of local bus routes. It also provides easy access for wheelchair users. Our doctors and supporting teams of nurses, receptionists and administrative staff are able to offer you many services.

    Flu clinics NOW BOOKING !!!!

    Our flu clinics are now booking. Please simply contact our reception team. We are currently booking to clinics running every day week commencing 23rd September for those patients that are aged over 65 yrs old. Further groups will be informed as the appropriate vaccines become available.
